Located at the end of a wooded cul-de-sac, the Oakcrest Apartments offer secluded apartments on the west
edge of Charleston. The Oakcrest Apartments include twelve townhouse apartments and six triplex
apartments. Each unit has central air, a dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/drier hookups,
Townhouse Apartments
These spacious two-story apartments have over 1,000 square feet of living area. The first floor includes a
large kitchen, laundry area, half-bath, living room and storage closets. Each unit has a large deck off the
kitchen overlooking a wooded ravine. Two bedrooms, including an over-sized closet, a full bath and a linen
closet are found on the second floor.
Triplex Apartments
These two bedroom apartments have a laundry area located adjacent to the living room. Each unit has a deck
off the kitchen.
Lease Terms
The security deposit for all units is $250. All leases end on either June 30th or July 31th and can be renewed
for an additional year. Residents' checking accounts are electronically drafted on the fifth of each month
for the amount of rent due. Pets are permitted with an additional security deposit of $125 and payment of an
additional $18 per month rent for a dog and $12 per month rent for a cat.
